We have come a long way to learn

to say “no” to draw our limits,

to say “no”: enough is enough.

And for a good reason.

At the same time, we have been raised to fear 

To say “yes” to ourselves,

To say “yes” to our deepest cravings,

To say “yes” to our own pleasure.

And this aspires change.

“Say Yes” is your invitation in the form of a performance by Evie Demetriou for you to experience what it is to say “yes” to yourself.
